IRI Retirement Plans Executive Summit

Retirement plan executives will explore current challenges in the retirement plan market, and how IRI can support members in this field.

The IRI Board of Directors recognizes the importance of the retirement plan businesses of our member companies and firms, and the growth opportunities these businesses represent for IRI members. As a part of exploring the needs and challenges in the current market and IRI’s potential role in contributing to our members’ work, an invitation-only IRI Retirement Plans Executive Summit was held on June 22, 2016. The agenda included:

  • Digital CX: Building a game-changing digital customer experience.
  • Advice vs. Education: Delivering effective education and advice to plan participants in a post-DOL world.
  • Plan Design vs. Education: Striking the right balance between delivering effective plan design and education.
  • Transitioning Participants: Developing products, services, and investment strategies designed for participants transitioning into, and living in, retirement.
  • In-Plan Annuities: Working together to build support among plan sponsors and policymakers
